Your Zelo account holds digital value. Keeping it safe is mostly about a few small habits — and the platform is built to back those habits up.
Use a strong, unique password
Pick a password you don't use anywhere else, ideally generated by a password manager. We rate-limit sign-in attempts and check your password against known breach lists when you sign up.
Treat your email like a key
Your email controls account recovery. Secure it with its own strong password and two-step verification.
Never share an unredeemed coupon code
A 25-character coupon code is bearer value. Anyone holding it can redeem it. If a code is meant for you, redeem it immediately.
Sign out on shared devices
If you check your balance on someone else's device, sign out before you leave. Your session token stays active until you do.
