1. Eligibility
Any active Zelo account in good standing may participate. The referrer must have completed KYC. Banned, frozen, or under-review accounts cannot earn or withdraw referral rewards.
2. How a referral qualifies
A referral becomes qualified when both of these are true for the referred user:
- KYC is approved by our review team.
- They complete one qualifying transaction — a transfer, settlement request, or coupon redemption.
Both bonuses are credited to the respective referral wallets automatically the moment both conditions are met.
3. Bonus amounts
Default rewards: ₹200 to the referrer, ₹100 welcome bonus to the referee. Amounts may be adjusted by Zelo with 7 days' notice on this page.
4. Referral wallet
Referral earnings accrue in a separate Referral Wallet, distinct from your main Zelo balance. They cannot be used for in-app payments or transfers — only withdrawn.
5. Withdrawals
Minimum withdrawal: ₹1000. Payouts are sent to your verified UPI ID or USDT (TRC20) address. Processed within 48-72 hours after request.
6. Anti-abuse
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and referrals between members of the same household using shared identity documents are disqualified.
- Promotion via misleading claims, spam, paid ads bidding on Zelo brand keywords, or incentivised traffic is prohibited.
- Zelo may withhold or claw back bonuses if abuse is detected, even after credit.
7. Tax
Referral rewards may be treated as taxable income in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes.
8. Termination
Zelo may modify, pause, or end the referral program at any time. Already-credited bonuses remain yours subject to anti-abuse review.
