Internal transfers between Zelo accounts are instant, free and final.
What you need
- The recipient's 11-digit account number
- Enough balance to cover the transfer
- An optional note for context
Steps
- Open the Transfer page
- Enter the recipient's 11-digit account number
- Enter the amount and an optional note
- Confirm
Always double-check the account number
Transfers are final once executed. Always verify the 11-digit number with the recipient before confirming.
