Step-by-step instructions for redeeming a 25-character coupon code on zelo.
Redeeming a coupon credits its face value to your Zelo balance. The whole process takes seconds.
Before you start
- Sign in to your Zelo account
- Make sure your KYC status is 'approved'
- Have the 25-character code ready
Steps
- Open the Redeem page from the dashboard
- Paste or type the code (case-insensitive)
- Press Redeem
- Watch your balance update instantly on success
If something goes wrong
If you see 'Invalid coupon code', double-check for typos. If you see 'Coupon has already been used', the code was redeemed elsewhere — contact the sender.
