From encryption at rest to row-level security, here's how Zelo protects your information.
Your account information, KYC documents and transaction history are protected at multiple layers.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. KYC files are stored in a private bucket and accessed only via short-lived signed URLs.
Row-level security
The database enforces, at the row level, that you can only read your own profile, your own KYC submission, your own transactions and your own settlement requests.
Minimal collection
We collect only what we need to operate the service and meet our verification responsibilities. We do not sell or rent personal data.
