Guide: Request a settlement
How to cash out your Zelo balance via UPI or USDT TRC20.
Settlements move value out of Zelo and into a UPI ID or USDT TRC20 address. They are reviewed manually before any payout.
Pick a method
- UPI — fee is 2% of the amount
- USDT TRC20 — fee is 3.5% of the amount
Steps
- Open the Settlement page
- Choose UPI or USDT TRC20
- Enter the amount and your payout details
- Review the exact fee and net amount
- Confirm
What happens next
Your balance is debited immediately and the request enters a pending queue. An admin reviews and processes the payout, usually within business hours.
