Coupon codes are bearer value. Here's how to receive, store and redeem them without losing a single one.

Receive over a private channel
Ask the sender to share the code through a direct, private message — not a public post or shared inbox.
Redeem first, screenshot later
Once you've copied a code into the redeem screen, redeem it immediately. The platform credits your balance the moment redemption succeeds.
Don't paste into AI chats
Avoid pasting unredeemed codes into search bars, AI assistants, translation tools or anywhere they might be logged.
If a code seems used
If a code shows as already redeemed, it has been claimed by someone with prior access to it. Contact the sender — we cannot reverse a successful redemption.
