Guide: Read your transaction history

Every change to your balance writes a row to your transaction history with a clear type, amount and balance-after value.

Transaction types

• coupon_redeem — a coupon was redeemed into your balance
• transfer_in / transfer_out — a transfer to or from another Zelo account
• settlement_hold — value held against a pending settlement request
• settlement_refund — a rejected settlement was refunded to your balance
• admin_credit / admin_debit — a manual adjustment (with reason in the description)

Balance-after

Every row records your balance after that transaction. Reading top to bottom shows you exactly how your balance has moved over time.
