Almost everything on Zelo is free. The only place fees apply is when value leaves the platform via a settlement.
Free things
- Sign-up and KYC verification
- Receiving coupon codes
- Internal transfers between Zelo accounts
- Transaction history and CSV export
Paid things
- UPI settlement — 2% of the amount
- USDT TRC20 settlement — 3.5% of the amount

Fee, net amount and processing window are displayed on the settlement form before you confirm. Nothing is taken without your acknowledgement.
