What is the 11-digit account number?
Your unique Zelo account number — what it does and what it doesn't do.
Every verified Zelo user gets a unique 11-digit number. It's the address other Zelo users send transfers to.
How it's generated
The platform generates a random 11-digit number that hasn't been used before. The first digit is always 1–9 to keep the length consistent.
What it identifies
It identifies your Zelo account on the platform's internal ledger. It's not a bank account number and is not connected to any external system.
Sharing it is safe
An account number on its own only lets people send value to you — never take it out.
