What is a coupon code on Zelo?
An explanation of Zelo's 25-character single-use coupon codes.
A Zelo coupon code is a 25-character alphanumeric string that represents a fixed amount of digital value. It can be redeemed exactly once.
Where codes come from
Codes are minted by an admin after a coupon purchase request has been verified. They are not generated by users.
How a code becomes a balance
When you redeem a code, the platform marks it as used and credits its face value to your balance — atomically, in a single transaction.
Once used, always used
A redeemed code can never be redeemed again. The status moves to 'redeemed' and the original face value is locked to that redemption.
